Furthermore, the energy price can be adjusted according to changes in the average supply cost, based on Article 6.3 of the supply contract. This adjustment capability allows businesses to maintain control over their energy costs, enhancing their energy efficiency.

The prices apply outside the period of application of the provisions according to Article 138 of Law 4951/2022 (Government Gazette A’ 129/04.07.2022)
